About Us

Welcome to MiniLeaf! We're Lukas and Ethan, two lifelong best friends and passionate Micro-Farmers located in Delaware and dedicated to bringing you the freshest, most nutrient-packed microgreens possible. What started as a small project quickly grew into a mission to provide local restaurants, markets, and health-conscious customers with high-quality microgreens grown with care and precision.

At MiniLeaf, we believe that great food starts with great ingredients. We are dedicated to growing our microgreens using strictly organic methods, ensuring the highest standards of sustainability and purity. We believe in working in harmony with nature, avoiding synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers. Instead, we rely on natural processes, high-quality organic seeds, and nutrient-rich growing mediums to nurture our greens. This commitment not only protects the environment but also ensures our customers receive microgreens that are as fresh, healthy, and flavorful as possible. From radish and sunflower to wheatgrass and pea speckled, our microgreens are harvested at peak freshness to give you the best taste and texture possible. When you choose MiniLeaf, you’re choosing microgreens grown with care, integrity, and respect for both people and the planet.

Here at Minileaf, we’re more than just Micro-Farmers; we’re a local business committed to supporting our community. Whether you’re a chef looking to elevate your dishes, a health enthusiast adding a boost to your meals, or a market shopper looking for something fresh, MiniLeaf is here to deliver whatever you need.

Thank you for supporting us on this journey – we’re excited to grow with you! 🌱

Meet the Farmers

Lukas Haracz

Hi! I'm Lukas, I'm a student at the University of Delaware, working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Management Information Systems, and Business Analytics, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Analytics and Information Management. I grew up in North Wilmington, and I’ve always wanted to give back to the community that raised me. Recently, I’ve discovered a deep passion for farming and providing my local community with fresh, nutrient-rich produce that's grown with care and with the consumer in mind. Starting MiniLeaf has been a way for me to combine my love for nature with my business background, ensuring that every batch of microgreens we grow is not only high quality but also sustainably produced. When I’m not tending to trays of microgreens, you’ll probably find me in the gym, working with data, or spending quality time with my friends.

Ethan Morrow

Hey there! I'm Ethan Morrow, and I’m all about growing microgreens—not just for my own health, but also to help nourish and support the community around me. A lifelong learner and jack of all trades, I have dedicated myself to mastering countless life skills that promote self-sufficiency. With a background in construction technology, I have built many things, but none as rewarding as my greenhouse, which stands as a testament to my commitment to sustainable living. Hailing from Asheville, NC, I come from a long lineage of farmers and builders, and I take great pride in carrying forward the craftsmanship and agricultural traditions of my ancestors. At my core, I am a businessman who thrives on marketing and the art of capturing people’s interest in products that add genuine value to their lives. For me, growing microgreens is more than a profession—it is a dedication to self-sufficiency, empowering my community, and fostering a stronger, healthier way of life for myself and those around me. When I’m not tending to trays of microgreens, you’ll probably find me making memories with friends or family, watching movies or rambling on about comic books.
